Bright Mihu is a communication app which is built to connect Bright Kid Customer Delight Executives and customers i.e. Affiliate, franchise and Bright Kid centers. The main purpose of this app is to solve the problems and to provide support pertaining to the running of preschool.

->Tickets: Queries are raised thought tickets and answered by Bright Kid customer delight executives. You can keep a track on ticket status i.e. Recent, Overdue, Open and Closed.
->Guidelines: Canned responses sent by Bright Kid Customer Delight Executives to Customers.
->Email chat: The chats will be stored in App and Gmail.
->User Activity: Each & every activity of the user displayed chronologically.
->Message Board: SMS sent by Bright Kid Customer Delight Executives can be seen here.
