Very poor app. I need to check my balance and data usage but it just keeps logging with no information appearing. I switch from data to wifi and i still get the same logging experience. I would rather uninstall it because it just uses up space on my phone.

Useless app. It worked the 1st time i installed it. After that, everytime i open it, it always says "cannot retrieve all details." Also, this app is basically just a list of links that will open your web browser and redirect you to their website. Save your precious phone memory. DO NOT INSTALL this app!

Not even helpful at all. You can't update your email to review your billing statements. Only tells you to update your email address, but the option is not there when you go to your profile. Submitting a ticket will only take you to a loading screen. Typical smart.

What's happening with your software development team? Globe is 2 steps ahead of you on these things. Kala ko mas ok to compared to "smart" kc after installing it was working last night. Ngayon I just get a spinning, unending, loading status. Ung "smart" app naman parang tanga, dapat ung smart sim nasa sim slot 1, bakit? It should work regardless kng san sim slot ko un ilagay. Disappointing.

Poor gift promos, when i register for a promo, i can wait for the notification for so long, but still i didn't get any notification for verification code. i never say that this entire app is poor or not good, just for the gift promos.

Google integration with 2phase authentication does not work, it displays a very vague error message "not_found". Had to use a second account which doesn't have security feature. Also I can't load giga work, it's not available. Is there another way to load the promo without using ussd(*123#)?
