I signed up for the 3 day trial period. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged immediately. I did not like the app and requested to be refunded. That did not happen. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Now I must contact Google. Very poor customer service.

I find all my information easily. I can maintain my policies without having to navigate through needless paths. That's all I want, and that's what I get. This makes me pleased. In addition, if I were to ever be pulled over, I can easily provide my policies without digging through a glovebox or wallet. It gives me confidence that a law enforcer can feel confident and secure.

I've been using this for a couple of years now, got the lifetime subscription, and am very happy with it as opposed to the built-in message apps from individual phone carriers. I needed something that would also be available on my work computer screen so that I could answer work-related texts throughout the day. Notifications come up on the phone and computer screen, so it's easy to keep up with any communication. All in all, this app has been just what I needed!

SMS has become a critical method of quick communication & action in the business world. Pulse has created the closest sms app to email that I have managed to find. It's clean, light, & customizable (folders, archiving etc). Very useful for both business & personal use. Well worth the upgrade. Thank you again for developing a great product.
