Very unhappy. I tried the "free" at&t code unlock service and I had to pay in the end to just "attempt" to unlock my phone. Have had no human contact with the support syatem, just automated messages to alert me they received my message. After I purchased the code, the attempt failed and I have requested and refund and noone has contacted me. Save your time and money and go somewhere more reputable.

I mean its not truly free is it? One minor feature is supposedly free and the rest is not. doesnt justify the bait app name imo. It should be named the, "att unlocker and the rest overpay app to make up for it". And ebay does this cheaper go and look . The convinience is there but thats about it. Edit: Let me agree that you do unlock thousands of phones, what you failed to say is that they are only att phones, hence the bait name. I think we both know that and my initial post reflects that. Your app name is free for att. How is that so hard to understand? Its 7.99 for your service and 5 on ebay. Just be transparent with your service thats all.

After researching all the "Free" Unlock Code apps and options, I realize there is no free lunch here. But the service was good, even after I accidentally double paid, which they credited me back promptly. Then the unlock code worked as promised. Be prepared to wait up to 4 days. I don't believe that the wait time includes weekends.

Good stuff unlocked a few att for free so far (tho I know I'm capable of calling AT&T and simply asking for unlock..) This just simplifies things and I don't have to chat with AT&T/death2root :)
