Before one month this app is ok, but now App will not start and crash all the time, i tryed clear data but it did not work. Reply#2: the last update for this app is not ok please fix it by updating the app again, still the app will not start and give me one message: Unfortunately Jawwy-STC has stopped. So i clicked Report and send it. Samsung note 4

I recharged 2 days back but the package didn't get renewed . When tried to get to them through chat support they seems to be least bothered and when asked if there is customer care number they said they don't have one !!! Very bad customer service .

Very poor online support and there is no branch to visit physically to get support. Management must take some serious actions over it.very late response and non technical staff unable to solve issue but just wasting time with work around answers
