Still does not work on Android on Chromebook and no ChromeOS version. You can install the app but it comes back with a policy breach saying there is no android auto-lock. That is true since android is just the wrapper. ChromeOS does have autolock and it is enabled. App should try to verify that or Ping should provide a ChromeOS version. Chromebooks are very popular - particularly to serve as access points for remote desktops (e.g. AWS) - many of which require PINGID authentication

Well this is awful, it does not accept the approval from my watch the same way apps like DUO do. It SAYS it does, but nothing happens until pull my phone out of my pocket every time I want to sign it a work. It's nice that we switched to something that adds a little hassle to my daily routine.

Phone data factory reset itself, need to set this up. Of course it's the most obnoxious thing. Make it available to get a new qr code. You have such high and ridiculous security standards, so obviously it's me. Don't send me to IT, give me a ticket, and make we wait days.... GIVE ME NEW QR CODE. YOUR NOT FORT KNOX. LIGHTEN UP AND SIMPLIFY THE PROCESS TO OBTAIN A NEW QR CODE.

App demands permission to track your location constantly. If you only give it permission to know your location when the app is open, it will prompt you to change the setting every time you open the app.

I got a new phone, the app will not give me any option to unpair it and get it to work on my new phone. Wants me to scan some QR in an email that I'm not getting. Now I can not access my sites I need!

Why does your app need to always know my location at all times? Not needed, I think. Only when open is necessary at most. Not at all is preferred.
