Awful. Trying to verify my passport. Gave up after half an hour and said it didn't have a chip even tho it did, which worked much easier. Instructions not clear as just kept going round in circles telling you what to do but not actually doing anything

Hugely intrusive. Massive overkill in trying to do basic task such as renew drivin licence. Post office in decay and unlikely to survive. Big mistake. Sad fact is that it does actually work. Unusual for post office which cannot competently deliver mail.

Apps act weird. Does not normal. After leading the password details and selfie, application went to some mulfunctioning mode, flashing repeatedly and going no where.

Not sure why you are expected to scan your phone, with your phone... Not everyone's gunna think to take a photo of it on another phone, then scan it... Otherwise convenient to use with biometricRFID

Very easy to use as long as you follow the guidelines. It took me a minute to verify my passport details. Highly recommended
