About this app

You need 1st Responder.PH Incident Report if you are an emergency, medical or volunteer responder who attends to calls for help during a natural disaster or a man-made accidents/incidents. The communication tool is a mobile App used in creating summarized reports for emergency responders assigned on the field.

The App allows the responder to easily document an incident and create a brief and summarized report about the incident and the details of the rescue or response effort using a smart phone. The tool allows the creation of a report even if the phone is offline. The tool transmits the report to the web base when internet connectivity is restored.

The aggregate report can be accessed by the group’s team leader and process it to generate statistical reports, analytical impressions and data-based insights. The report analysis can help improve the efficiency and quality of rescue and response efforts and to watch out for trends, accident-prone areas or detect early stages of epidemics.

The 1st Responder.PH Incident Report App is the reporting module of the 1st Responder.PH, an IT system specifically designed to address the need for a managed and coordinated rescue and response effort. The platform is a powerful tool for groups, associations, agencies and local government units which operate their own advanced Command Center or Rescue Operations Center. The platform can:

- Dispatch and effectively manage and coordinate response action for disasters, crime and accidents using geo-location pinning of incidents over localized map views;
- Automate event detection using computer scripts and robots;
- Pin events in the map and see responders move to the area of emergency in real time;
- Get instant reports using the data from all connected systems which are automatically synced to the command center portal;
- Gather incident reports from all responders dispatched in the field using the incident report tool that transmits text reports and pictures to the command center portal;
- View and analyze data from the reports and present these in visual formats or pin them over localized map to guide and inform decision makers of vital disaster and the corresponding response actions.
