Why does the connection drop when playing games? Its stable when searching but when playing it goes LTE to just 2g without hesitation and if it stay in LTE i always having 120ms on most online games and some games it goes even lower than that? Can you please explain this? Or is it your way of making us to buy a newer sim from the same service provider to gain more money? I'm guessing it's the money part that's why the connection drops!

No problem with the app the worst problem is the connection it drops with no reason The saddest part is it happens when playing and it's very irritating!!!! First i think it's my phone that has a problem but no , also tried swapping sims but it's verified that connection drops!!! Do i need to discard my TNT sim???

I use it for a couple of month's now, it's OK but 1 thing I've notice this past few days. Everytime I check my balance, it logs out and I need to log in again, everytime I check my balances.

Logging me out everytime. Ok na sana. But I don't know what happened for the last 2 days, it keeps logging me out pag hindi naopen ng matagal. Fix this please. You'd rather add fingerprint authentication kung ganito lang naman ng sa ganon we don't have to type in our username and password everytime.

Works well when it does.... But one concern is that it does not send verification codes to some new tnt sim numbers. This should be corrected as I use this to monitor my family's load consumption.
