I downloaded this app since the smart promoter at the airport said it works for TnT. It doesnt. Wasred money on false information. My mom bought a new smart sim at the airport and the smart promoters downloaded and set up the app on her phone, very kind of them, but it doesnt work. She cant send msgs nor use her free 1gb data. So thank you Smart.

I already installed it but the problem was it taking my money without contacting the person you gonna call. Now I purchase a bucket of 300 for 100 minutes and it doest work, when I call it always says insufficient balance and it taken my minutes slowly by slowly I couldn't make a voice call. My minutes was down to 85 minutes but I haven't talk my mom yet. Could you bring back my money because I'm not going to use this rubbish app any more.

I tried to use this app for two months for texting even I was disappointed in the first month but the same thing happened in my last two months. They always took some of my balance away every end of the month. Uninstall will be the answer. Sorry.

Not stated explicitly in app info that data connection needed to work. If the person you are trying to reach in the Philippines has a smartpjone, much better for you to communicate via other free messaging apps. The only reason I can imagine using this app is when the person on the other line is a non-smartphone user.

I still have 75 minutes left for calling but for whatever reason, I cannot seem to get through to anyone in my contacts list. Should have listened to the reviews.
