worst app ever, it took a whole month for the ministerio de ambiente to reach the " quema y tala indiscriminada" complaint, the concept is good but the rest of the process after you fill out the form needs some serious efficient implementations, you'd think that since you're using an electronic and faster medium of communication you'd skip the so well known government bureaucracy but you're so wrong!!!! its actually far more delayed since the message needs to go through many different department

Por el gusto hacer denuncias acá... Nunca hacen caso... Se supone que esta app está para resolver problemas lo más pronto posible, y no que se denuncie a través de la TV para que hagan caso... Agua desperdiciada más de dos meses, y hasta ahora resuelven.. 👎👎👎👎Apuesto que sí no fuese por la denuncia en TV, habríamos estado en el mismo problema, sin resolver como siempre. Gracias por nada

311 Panamá es la aplicación móvil oficial del Centro de Atención Ciudadana de la República de Panamá.

Con el Centro de Atención Ciudadana 3-1-1, que administra la Autoridad Nacional para la Innovación Gubernamental (AIG), la ciudadanía tiene a su alcance a todas las Instituciones del Estado en un solo punto de contacto, las 24 horas del día, 7 días de la semana y 365 días al año, para poder ingresar quejas, denuncias o solicitudes, proponer ideas o sugerencias, y realizar consultas de información de los requisitos para efectuar trámites con el Estado.

El 3-1-1 cuenta con más de 8000 niveles de acuerdos de servicios, que sirven para medir los tiempos de respuesta de las entidades ante situaciones reportadas por los ciudadanos, los cuales se pueden consultar visitando su portal: http://311.gob.pa/.

Algunos ejemplos de situaciones reportadas al 3-1-1 son:
- Interrupciones o fugas de agua potable
- Mantenimiento de calles, avenidas, colegios y hospitales
- Afectaciones con el transporte publico
- Riesgos a la salud o seguridad publica
- Quejas de recolección de basura
- Denuncias ambientales
- Inconvenientes con atención médica, becas o prestaciones sociales
