This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyBro Alert on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. MyBro Alert alerts selected contacts when in trouble (thru SMS messages with location updates).

MyBro Alert only improves your safety when your slected contacts are in positions to act -------- so choose carefully from your contacts. It could be used for emergency and for safety/security (incidents like assault, kidnapping, abduction, etc.)

MyBro Alert is disguised as a Calculator App in order to delay the discovery of the application for as long as possible while it sends location updates to your selected contacts. It uses the Power Button to activate (no need to open the App) - that's why it becomes a necessity for emergency and for safety/security of the citizenry/tourists.

MyBro Alert is based on open-source application.
