It's a fake app, after purchase i cant make calls from the dialer, when i send mail they are telling it will not support in your country .. payment not returned to me yet,,,

Such a shame for Reliance to have this product. After installing the latest app the service reliability has deteriorated further. Either folks at the other end cannot hear or after dialing the local number I am forced to punch in the phone number. Folks, atleast do a basic testing of the app before launching. It's a shame on your IT team and Leadership to have such a substandard and unstable product.

This app does not open at all on my android. When you call reliance nunber to make a call, out of 10, 7 times call drops automatically. And, if you are lucky to enter your password and destination nunber then theres no guarubtee you will connect. Poor connection and poor quality are featurs of this service. Stay away. One star because i can not give zero or negative.

The app is absolutely poor quality. Installed it few times and it's not working. This is story of Reliance Global from 2 years. No progress at all. I am reliance global customer from last 7 to 8 years but lately I am looking for different alternatives. As this is not a reliable service. Anup B

Bad experience - never works App is crashing. Dialing directly never goes through. Response to your comment: issue is nothing to do with user id. Please look at other reviews, everyone has similar issues. I emailed the log with my user id. I want my money back.

cannot connect tried several times. getting message "try after some time". I cannot make any call with your app. more than 2 months i am trying, never going thru. I am using Whatsapp call instead this one. Don't waste your money .
