It's a nice app. Helps me to see my account information in a simple and fast way. Could you just shorten the intro animation ℹ cause at times I don't have all that time to wait for the animation to end, but I just need to check my account fast and I can't cause I have to wait for the animation to end. Just loose the animation all together and the app would be great.

The app (vodafone logo) splash screen loading animation speed needs to be sped up. It's way too slow and annoying watching and waiting for an animation to finish up before being able to actually do anything. You can't use it offline which is another issue. So jumping between dialling 131# and using the app kinda makes you wonder why such a thing exists to begin with.

The app required I update it. But once I download the update it crashes. Extremely poor on Vodafones side. Mainly because it seems to be a known issue with many customers over a few months ago and still has not been fixed. Please dont ask me to email support with more details. I think you should know now what the problem is as it doesnt seem unique to me.

Samsung galaxy J8 android 8.0.0 - multiple download failures - keep getting "wait one moment" when opening the app and then a failure message saying "oops something went wrong" - have uninstalled and reloaded several times to no avail - very common phone and new - the issue would appear to be with your app - dont have any issues with any other app.

Vodafone sells me 150GB of data but proceeds to disconnect my WiFi when I try to use any data, This has happened for days. When I go to customer support to complain about the problem, the app requires me to agree to terms and conditions but will not show me what the terms and conditions are. So Vodafone sells me something they are not going to allow me to use.

Awesome App !!! Allows monitoring of available Credit and Internet Data, with the flexibility of topping up your phone via credit card, recharge card or mpaisa card option. Even allows one to monitor multiple phones. This is App is too good & very efficient. Thanks Vodafone.
