About this app

Livecare AV Support is a cloud service that performs support activities to customers through the use of audio / video communication.

Based on remote support platform Livecare Support, this new service is addressed to all companies that need to perform customer support through phone and are interested in speeding the analysis of the problems reported, through the use of visual communication.

When support is needed on physical assets such as network equipment, phone, electrical, industrial service installations such as boilers, elevators, electrical panels, or other situations, the user often tries to explain himself without being an expert, so who is giving support spends most of the time in trying to understand the situation while in comparison, the problem could be most of the time resolved much more quickly.

Using the Livecare Support AV service, the user downloads the app on his/her Android phone, enters a numeric code dictated by the operator with whom he/she is in telephone contact, and automatically the smartphone becomes a camera with which to frame the source of the problems, then send the remote operator the images in real time: now the operator can see what the user does!

The service is based on Google's WebRTC technology and works through a simple WiFi or 3G connection.

Livecare Support AV, understanding each other at a distance has never been so simple!
