Notes:
1) Data charges & network connection
- 2b App requires the use of data network, Subscriber is liable to data network charges incurred. It is recommended to use with Wi-Fi.
- Some network operators may prohibit the use of audio streaming, leading to connection failure of 2b App. Subscriber should enquire with his/her network operator in relation to any of such restrictions. Some network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of VoIP functionality over their network and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP. Subscriber agrees to abide by his/her network operator's restriction. Hong Kong Broadband Network will not guarantee the service performance nor call quality which is affected by the data network. Hong Kong Broadband Network holds no responsibility for the malfunction of 2b App due to data network connection failure.
2) Making Emergency Calls
Should Subscriber uses 2b App outside of Hong Kong, Subscriber understands and agrees that the Service shall not be able to connect to the local emergency numbers or systems, and Subscriber shall solely bear all the risk and responsibility in this relation. Hong Kong Broadband Network shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any responsibilities for any failure, loss, damage, risk, or expense in this relation.
3) Hong Kong Local Calls
Subscriber can make unlimited local calls by using the 2b App to any Hong Kong local telephone numbers, except for Information service or usage-based service numbers, including but not limited to 900 Information Service Call.
App Permissions
Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.
