The support is quite disappointing as they tend to leave you hanging for days on end, even if the issue is with the app itself and affects time limited promos. Promos aren't very good and it's hard to get any cashback unless you plan on using this to pay bills. It also does tend to lag quite badly and sometimes the app becomes inaccessible because it 'needs to be updated' even tho that the update isn't an option in the play store. 2 stars because it does the minimum of what an ewallet does.

I hate to shake my phone everytime I made transaction to earn the point. I thank you for the rewards given anyway but I just figured out using credit card is way more convenient than using ewallet. I can get better cc points without having to do nonsensical ritual for every transaction - am talking about shaking the phone. Update: Another annoying feature is the pop-up advert on payment step. That is quite intrusive and not user friendly at all.

The app is actually quite convenient to be use but the boost reward just went from bad to terrible. The reward will just go missing or turn into some other different options after a few days. They don't have a live chat to talk to and their customer service through email can't help. Just disappointed.

I cannot register my account at all!! After I entered my phone nos., I NEVER RECEIVED the tac nos.!! The SMS will send a coloured POP-UP LOGO for incoming messages but there is no SMS notification!. Even also when I checked into my SMS! However, I still received Boost's notifications daily! How come I don't receive your TAC Nos.?! That means you are not sending the tac nos.!! 🙄🤔 Pls check into your procedures. Now I can't even post my ratings!! 🤔🤨

Too many things. Started get messy and not usable. Worst payment among the top 3 in Malaysia. Server always down. Whenever wanna use it, the app hang. Will have server down at midnight where you can't do your billing. Inaccurate progress keep track, always show total amount less than the one I spent. The most ridiculous progress compare to others.

I have been using Boost for a year, and so far it has been easy to purchase and pay bills—nothing much beyond that. So in the last before I uninstalled boost, I spent all my 14k coins in the lucky draw, and I think it won't win, and yes, I didnt win it haha... Now I switch to TnG which is much better for cash back, investment, withdrawing money into the bank, more discounts, topup TnG card directly which boost doesn't have.
