Avoid installing this app PLEASE It reels you in with the convenience of topping up in a moment and the exclusive bundles, but it is purposefully designed to steal money from you. It lists a erroneous time to when the internet bundle will end(so as to trick you into thinking you have more time left), and when it ends earlier than it lists on the app, it doesn't warn you, so they can charge you the exorbitant "standard" rate. You are MUCH better off topping up by texting them the old way.

The app works great for checking your balance. It lacks some basic features though,like push notifications. I would really love to receive a notification when one of my bundles has expired! There also is an issue when toping up,if I have no internet and I try to top up the app marks the transaction has failed while in relailty it was successful.

Essentially very good with small bugs Overall the performance and functions are excellent. No complaints. Yet one thing, the app verifies the system language and if this isn't English, then the app doesn't work. Which is a bit sad for a company in a country with so many foreigners and tourists. My system was set to German and I had to reset it to English to get the app to work. Sorry but that is poor in 2018/2019 to still have bugs like that.

It doesn't show any auto topup information and can't edit the rules. It says there are no credit/debit cards registered, when obviously there are because auto topup works. Buying a bundle takes ages, keeps saying the bundle is activating for more than 10 mins, so you can't buy it and use it immediately if you need it. After activating the Smart One bundle I received another GO INFO message advertising to Get Smart with Smart One! Why would I subscribe again to the same thing?

The app delays the update of your remaining call/sms/data hours, being it a bundle or a boost expiry time, so you end up wasting any credit you have left outside of expiry, being tricked into thinking you have some more time remaining. Anyone can prove this is true, by comparing remaining time left with the SMS notification service, which is precise. This have been happening for far too long and and i feel it must be intentional, and dishonest. I started counting the hours as per SMS service.

Good app although I have become aware that go does not have a way to deposit an exact amount to my account. This became a issue when I disposited 10 euro into my account and only got 9.62 so I had to top up an extra 5 euro to purchase the 9.99 euro Go contract. This ended up in me losing 4 euro that I will never get back. Kind regards Go user.
