For months ppl have been trying to call my number but can't reach me. It doesn't go to voicemail but just cuts them off. When I try to redial them or 90% when I try to use the phone function, I hear no dial tone and the app bugs out. The phone function has become unusable and it's sad that there are just so many issues while they continue to add more disruptive ads into the app.

This app is good but the fact that it doesn't keep numbers for long, it's very annoying. This app needs improvement, i installed this app they gave me number which I received an SMS after that day they blocked my account

Since the last app update, I cannot make or receive calls and have tried contacting support twice with no response. Also, text messages do not go through to some recipients, so I'm not sure what the purpose is if the main features and functionalities do not work. There are also way too many intrusive popup ads that appear when trying to navigate around. I've been a paid user for a few years now, and sadly will be finding something else.

I paid to keep my number for 1 year, the app said the payment was unsuccessful yet my card was charged and my plan was not updated. I sent a help ticket to support and have not recieved any awnser thus far. I'll probably not be hearing back from them. Might as well accept that the money i paid is gone and switch to another app.

So not only does the phone not ring when someone calls, the app no longer allows our outgoing calls, even though we pay for outgoing calls. Also suddenly the text messages are not working. I've been a long time customer on this app and while this whole time it wasn't perfect but it did work most of the time, now it doesn't work at all.

I have been paying for ad free for year's now, and just got a reminder that I will be charged again for another year in a couple days. But I have been getting ads and I have communicated many time about the issue and still no replies. I wish to get this issue fixed. I have also had many text never go out in the same time frame the ads have been comeing and I have paid for no ads. Please help. After I wrote this review, they took my number away that I have had for year's. Get this fixed.
