The app is good but needs followings areas to be strengthen like 1. BLF Status should be displayed on main screen, 2. Call Pickup should also be on main screen and should by default show all ringing SLTs, 3. The app to be treaked so that it does not consume so much battery power, 4. The app has no close option when not in use or out of network, runs in background resulting in battery drain and heating.

I use this app when i go abroad. This app is little bit tricky but if u have good data network thn it s worth. I think matrix should provide toll free no. And 24*7 service centre support for easy system excess for the app .but overall matrix app and epbx system is really good and worth to use.

The service gets disconnected automatically when the phone is in sleep mode. Again we need to activate. Should improve for Nougat devices.
