I give this app 5 stars for fulfilling it's intended purpose better than any other similar app! It doesn't make me dread it like all the other ones. Workouts are quick and easy but still leave you sweating and feeling like you got a good workout. This, combined with a clean diet, has made me lose 5 pounds in 1.5 weeks. Two things I would love to see added, is the ability to control rest times and set times, as well as weight tracking.

App gives you good intense workouts every day. There's about 5 different plans to pick from. Each one turning up the heat. These workouts are short & sweet & don't mess around. Would give 5 stars however I believe I should be able to see how many minutes each work out takes & I should be able to see a rough estimate of how many calories burned during each work out but it adds up the calories burnt & time from each work out together instead.

I really like the exercises. You can turn off the music and audio if you want. Just a couple downsides, there's no way to reset a course, you can take it again but it'll always tell you've completed the course. The Feedback option on the menu doesn't do anything, like at all, kinda suspicious....

I am on day 13 and it has helped me so much with being consistent, which is my main problem. I really feel a difference in my body and my energy. It was a struggle at first and as it gets tougher I can actually keep up. I can do way more than I did when I started and it just helps me stay motivated. Definitely recommend for anybody trying to be a bit more healthy.

I like how it gradually builds up to more intensive exercises. Great for keeping track, and just getting you moving. Especially now that we're spending more time at home, it's great to open the app, and spend 5-15mins going through the exercises.

I love this app!! Even though it takes me more than 7min every day, it is still great!! I feel the muscles working and for someone that wasnt working out every day.... the fact that I have stuck with it, says a lot!!😍😍
