Please update the application in English language too. Your network is very good. Data plan are good. Data transfer to other tele2 number. Data exchange from min and sms to data. Only difficulty is app language. English not available.. hope you will update it soon.

Некорректно показывает интернет трафик, приобрела разовый интернет пакет 2 гб, пишет в остатке 153 мб, и через команду проверяю тоже 153 мб. Куда делись мои гигабайты? В колл центре уверяют, что в остатке 2 гигабайта. Исправьте данные.

В последнее время очень не выгодные тарифы. Нельзя выбрать в какие соцсети можно сделать безлимитным. 4G интернет вообще не ловит. Хотя рядом вышка от Теле2! С такими темпами вы потеряете много людей. Одним словом монополисты.

Провижаю в г Нур-Султан, а конкретно в ЖК Арнау. В окрайне города связь вообще плох. Особенно последние несколько дней. 46 КБ/с. Это напоминает 90ые, модем телефон.

Смысл от этого приложения, если ты не можешь в него войти? Ввел телефон, пароль, пин-код, все просло, а потом "произошла ошибка. Повторите позже" да пошли бы вы лесом с такими приложениями!
