The application is great, however, it does not have English interface, nor menus. Please add English to it. Other users had suggested this before more than a year but its still not developed till today. Қолданба керемет, бірақ оның ағылшын тіліндегі интерфейсі де, мәзірлері де жоқ. App layout is quite confusing. It should be much more simplistic, intuitive. Also, a major drawback and something that I fail to understand, why Beeline don't include English as a language option! It's very hard for us expats to navigate the app, always have to find someone else to help us! It's really irritating.

Tariffs are too expensive, and mobile Internet is very weak

as you know, beeline positions itself like "the most better provider" etc, but, bruh ofc It's not lol. More like the most shittiest provider, even if you'll buy unlimited connection - there are 2 limits, after you'll use 200gb the connection will be slow, about 1 kb per second and that's why you need to find another one provider, that at least has REAL UNLIMITED DATA lol.

Internet went down as usual, so I opened a chat with customer support which is also broken after the latest update. So now there's no Internet and no way I am getting an explanation. Nice work 👍🏽
