It's ok. All the video ads and banner ads causes the app to crash and operate slowly. Please remove ALL VIDEO AND BANNER ADS IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Please upgrade the video feature to either 30 secs or to 1 min instead of the 15 secs.

I can't seem to join any public group. It's always saying "something went wrong. Please give another whirl" and I kept trying but it's still the same result. Please what can I do correct this problem?

I don't like that chats are deleted it you change devices but overall its a great messaging service. Easy to use. No downfalls or short comings that I've seen yet.

Worked really well before the advertising started. I receive notifications half the time unless I have it open in the background. But if I have it open in the background it chews up battery due to advertising. I know you company's have to make money but having to open it all the time to check for notifications has become tiresome. It's not so much about the advertising, more so that I don't receive notifications anymore. Possibly a deliberate act to ensure I open it more often. $$$

Lately, I haven't been able to purchase new random chats with kin. There just isn't a button for it. I can select how many chats to buy, but not confirm and finalize the purchase. Also, something I have never liked about this app is that logging out deletes your chat history, which also has a limit, and images and videos don't load after a month. It's terrible.

It is a good app for connecting with other internet users anonymously. The app lost two stars because (1) I do not like how sharing videos is limited to a 2 minute length; and (2) it is a bit disturbing that this app seems to have been abandoned by the company that owns it.
