Still waiting for you to UPDATE This Apo Cannot. Pay anything towards my bill won't let me this is what I get Unable to continue[Format of one or more elements is invalid according to the specification] it's been doing that for days it would be easier using app then having to keep phoning to do it

Clicking on a bill just shows a message telling me no preview is available. Website says you can pay bills using the app - have yet to figure out how which feeds into my criticism of the design which is generally pretty rubbish. UX leaves a lot to be desired and it's overall quite unintuitive. There's no link back to the Dashboard once you drill into another menu... I mean the list goes on. It's also inexplicably slow for the most part and I'm using it on a phone that has 12GB Ram!

App keeps crashing, have forced stopped the app, cleared cache and even uninstalled and re-installed app but still crashes every time. UPDATE. The new version is now working as expected so many thanks for fixing app

Can't log in again. Says account null. Every week this happens and I usually fix by uninstalling and reinstalling but won't work at all this time.

you can't back out of the app..... you need to go into settings and do a force stop every time you use it.
