This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Kommunicate Support Desk on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

The app stops notifying you after a while. Meaning you do not get messages from your customers. The support team said they will fix it. However it's been over 3 months without any fix.

Hello, I have installed the app in my android phone but it doesn't have alert tone. How can I activate? I have selected the alert tone and sound via desktop. But in phone it is not working.
