In the event of Assembly Election 2021, the District Administration at South 24 Parganas is released Election App, South 24 Parganas with following features.

The App has a section for the electors and four login protected sections - for Observers, Officials, Polling Personnels, Field Teams.

Features of Public Section:
Booth Map & Location - View Polling Stations on Google Map and navigate to that location. Marker points on the mark indicates name of the Polling Station. Name and phone no. of Sector Officer and BLO will be displayed on taping the Marker points on the map.

Navigate - Navigation to any booth from user’s location or from another booth
Assured Minimum Facility available in the Booths
District Profile - Name & Important Contact No. of election related officials of this district
AC Profile: Election related profile of each AC
Training Materials

Observers Module:
Booth Map & Location : To find location of booth on Google Map. Name and phone no. of Sector Officer & BLO displayed against each Polling Station when clicked on Map Legend. S.O. / BLO can be called directly.
Election Statistics: Assured Minimum Facility for each Polling Station with election related reports and facility to navigate to that booth through Google Map.
District Profile : Profile of South 24 Parganas District highlighting vital election related statistics.

Official Module includes all above features, and following additional features:

P - Day Communication - A list of Election Officials categories by AC / Sector / PS. The authority can send SMS / Call them through this mobile app.

Track Form - 12D - This is to monitor distribution and collection of form D. The voters, who have been sent Form - 12D, are geo-tagged and their location can be seen on Google MAP. This will help the Polling Team to collect Postal Ballots from them by ensuring geographically convenient movement.

Polling Personnels login options has following features:
Training materials - Important training materials along with Training Videos on EVM / VVPAD etc usage.
Officers’ Directory - A directory of important election related officials under district administration
List of Materials - This is a comprehensive list of materials which are to be collected from Distribution Center before Poll Day. It works as a final checklist.
Know your polling stations - Information related to Polling Station like Sector Officers’ Name and Mobile No, Polling Station Location. Sector Officer / BLO may be called directly from App.

Transportation Plan:- Save preferred Pick-up location.
Polling Team Formation:- In this module, each polling personnel will be able to see the designation, name and contact number of other members of their polling parties.

Field Teams section is also login protected. It has following features:
Track Form 12D Distribution & Collection. Position of Voters are marked on Google Map to help to collect forms easily.
