Most disgusting of services they offer, they are trying to deliver the Kapiva product to me since ages, despite me correcting them with address of mine which thay have, they are so great they can not deliver it and that too in the city like Mumbai they can't find a building near Dmart, I have raised a complaint with Kapiva too that they should not hire such poor quality courier service..I'm fed up dealing with these nutcase..
