Don't take policy from Cigna ttk. They are very much incompetent and I would say no trust worthy people.l have paid renewal money in February 2017 but they rejected my policy saying that I have paid money late. But till now they have not refunded my money. I had sent more than 40 emails and I made several calls to get back my money. Every time they tell same answer that we are processing and will refund. From last 9 months still they are processing and did not refund. They have highly incompetent team of people. Because of them I don't have any medical insurance now. They blocked my money. Now I lost my patience. My self being a lawyer, I will be filing a case against them because of the pain I went through and for not getting my money back.
