Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Spandana on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

App design and model are awesome..Please add upload images/PDF files option for status of requests from requestors as most of the requests are closing simply. They just called us and simply closing request..we will complete your request but put the sign. But after that they never done any action on our requests. That's why better to add image or video for problems so we can reopen request again with proofs. As per my knowledge..Spandana requests are not taking any actions .just simpl closing .

Always pops up with "please try again later" after entering correct otp Edited-2020Dec29- Replied complete details(Recorded video) to email mentioned by developer. Edited(Jan5th2020)-Support team contacted me and resolved the issue but i suggest to dev team to maintain Production logs rather than calling user for OTP to debug i believe this was a best practice(just a suggestion) Thanks for your support..

App is super but...Pls add more services in town planing section or add a button of other issues...it will help to write our problems...at present there is no option for complaint of late services in town planing department vijayawada...not only in town planing department pls add a button of other issues in every department in this spandana app..

Wow... it never worked on my samsung phone. I have tried contacting support team, they always replied saying its working. It fails while selecting sub suject and gives error 'please try again'. I am trying with latest version 1.3 released on 13th Dec 2020

Thanks for resolving the technical issue. However the drop down menu provided under each department is very limited. Please give an option to write custom grievance which does not fit any of the provided drop down options.

It's a very good app and concept from AP govt. Telugu is our mother tongue. I found only title "స్పందన" Is in telugu. Every user Is not well educated who can read and understand all features. Expecting telugu language in our స్పందన app

About this app

This is an initiative of Government of Andhra Pradesh, for the citizens of Andhra Pradesh. The grievances can be registered from various sources viz. GSWS, 1902 Call Centre, Mobile App, Web Application, Collectorate grievance day (Spandana Monday).

Once grievance has been registered, Your SPANDANA Request Number (YSR#) will be generated and citizens can track the status of their grievance with the help of the YSR#. The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority within the defined time.

If the citizen is not happy with the redressal of a grievance, citizen can Re-Open the grievance by calling 1902 or by visiting Grama/Ward Sachivalayam or using Spandana portal (https://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/) or using Spandana mobile app.

Spandana portal is intended for registering the grievances only. There is no provision to register the Service Requests in Spandana, all service requests must be registered through Grama/Ward Sachivalayam only.

Spandana grievance redressal process:

1. Grievance can be registered from multiple sources and a unique “ YSR# ” (Your Spandana Request Number) will be generated for each grievance

2. Grievance will be assigned to the respective redressal officer

3. Redressal officer performs the necessary enquiry, action and redresses the grievance

4. Citizen can “reopen” the grievance if not satisfied with the resolution and the same will be assigned to the higher authorities to address the issue
