Doesn't send notifications my phone when the alarm goes off, pretty useless now esp as it worked fine on my old phone. Also the interface is from 2014 or something, the app integrates with nothing, very old and dated piece of software, criminal that they make you pay for such old tech, after 6 years they're still on v1 of the app, its almost like they don't value customers, no future proofing with HKC

Very slow to connect no matter what the signal strength is. App keeps crashing on newer samsung phones that I've tried. Expensive for what you get. Keypad doesn't work for me on the 3 phones I've used it on.

Too many connection issues. App keeps crashing. Software needs to be updated.

Notification sounds dont come true on my Samsung s10. Worked perfectly on my Samsung s8 , ???? This is a pain! It's important for me as i look after my mum. And not to get the Notification is worrying for me.. so bad . As it did work perfectly on my old phone?????
