Using BlueStacks

May you please improve this app. It is very poor. Isn't there anything you can do for it to be functional. Even the WhatsApp calls are much better than Buzzbox. The App is always offline. I have tried different phones, different networks and I have come to a conclusion that the App need some improvements.

With the BuzzBox app you can make and receive calls directly from your mobile phone from anywhere in the world where you have an internet connection. The number you are dialing from can be your main office phone number or your own direct line. The choice is yours. Simply connect the app to your BuzzBox account by copying the URL that was emailed to you into the app’s built in assistant to easily connect it to your extension.
