You update it every second week, there's no time for that

Can't login to the app. the browser version works fine. But the app keeps on saying "forgot password". This continues even after changing the password. there is no other option on the login page. Update: No progress. Dialling *888# got me to the menu where I can see my info and work extension, and change my status etc. My phone is dual sim but there is only one sim inside the phone.

Mistä syystä tämä väittää, että puhelimeni on rootattu ja miksi sillä on puhelunvälityssovelluksen yhteydessä väliä? Sovellus ei siis toimi nyt lainkaan.

Elisa Ring viestintäsovelluksella voit helposti hallita mm. puheluitasi, muuttaa tilatietoasi tai näyttämääsi puhelinnumeroa sekä käyttää yhteystietoja puhelimesi tai Ring -palvelun osoitekirjasta. Käyttöä varten organisaatiolla tulee olla tilattuna Elisa Ring -palvelu ja käyttäjällä Elisa Ring liittymä.

Dual-SIM puhelimissa, tulee sovelluksen käyttöönottovaiheessa ottaa ei-ELISA SIM-kortti kokonaan pois päältä. Tällä varmistetaan autentikoinnin onnistuminen. Kun ohjelmiston autentikointi on suoritettu, voi toisen SIM-kortin ottaa taas käyttöön.
