New features

+ Update to OpenSSL 3.1.1 +

In this release we have updated SecureCOM to OpenSSL version 3.1.1.

The last version of SecureCOM (7.6) uses the OpenSSL 1.1.1 crypto library. OpenSSL 1.1.1 reached end-of-life on September 11, 2023, so there will be no more security updates for this version.
