I have tried several different softphone apps with all of them having various issues. This app has worked without issues. The push notifications come through when I get a call everytime even when I do not have the app running. I contacted customer service a few times for questions before I purchased and then when I began setting up features. They were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this app. (I use it with voip.ms service)

It works but it's not very user friendly. I can't even change the ringtone to differentiate between calls. It's stuck on call integration mode and u can't figure out how to change it. Every call looks like it's coming through my provider now. I'm revising my review. After reinstalling I was able to reset the call settings that were locked during the initial install.

I'm using this app with a private network, and it works flawlessly. But there is one behavior I wish I could change, and I haven't figured out how: The app keeps resetting the audio to speaker on every call. I always use a Bluetooth headset, and if I select it, it works -- for THAT call. I have to keep selecting it, and it's a bother. I'd like to set the Bluetooth as the default, and stay that way until I change it. I need that to give 5 stars. I've searched and can't find it.

I'm using this with voip.ms for my personal phone number. I'm switching to Groundwire from Zoiper becuase Zoiper had trouble keeping registration, and it wouldn't consistantly allow me to answer incoming calls. Groundwire, with it's push notifications maintains registration decently consistantly, and incoming calls work much better. SMS was a bit more complicated to set up, but, with some sleuthing through the voip.ms dashboard, I have it workign now.

By far the most feature-fledged VoIP softphone on Android and very battery efficient due to the push notification system. However, many aspects of the app are poorly thought out. For example, previously dismissed push notifications reappear when a new one comes in (and their team thinks this uniquely peculiar behaviour is desidable), the SSID filter setting is ignored on incoming calls, SMS conversations have per-conversation notification channels but notifications aren't sent through them, etc.

I purchased this app and use it with VoIP.ms service. I can't receive calls. The PUSH notification pops up and it then rejects the call right away. Zoiper free version works out of the box. I purchased this app because of the PUSH notification feature. Also switching to standard non PUSH doesn't work for me either. Please help to get my incoming call to work or provide a refund.
