rise, administrators and law enforcement are working together to find solutions to
safeguard those educational facilities.
The School Alert System (S.A.S.) has been designed to ensure critical information can
be transmitted to faculty, educators, family members and students instantly allowing for
those potentially impacted to know what’s occurring and react appropriately.
Through the exclusive mobile app and “Flash Alert” system officials can immediately
send out important information so those affected can respond. Alerts can be sent to
designated groups, multiple groups or all users according to the need and message.
There is no need to log into a website, the system is fast and easy to use right from your
mobile phones. From any smartphone, those with permission can alert those in
jeopardy as well as all interested parties.
In addition, students can report problems such as a threat to the school, being bullied or
subject to unwanted peer pressure right to school administrators so they can get help if
needed. There is nothing more important than protecting our children and this function
helps achieve that.
Finally, as addiction and suicide have become a national epidemic, we added a “Get
Help” feature to try to help those who want it. This function allows those individuals to
send in a request right from the mobile app to a certified counseling service who will
contact them and get them help.
From critical incidents where sheltering in place is necessary to dangers from the
climate and school closings or delays, the School Alert System (S.A.S.) is fast and will
keep everyone informed fast.
