I got this for QC 3.0 which works, otherwise, this app and devices, dont seem to be release ready. I tap a square and it says I have a 2 port ! I have a three port, the box does not give a model number, just "3- port Car Charger with Car Locator" "SmartCharge Halo" halo refers to a ring of light inferring bluetooth status. Setting its color could be useful, except the color settings are for just one state. Its mostly a waste, except it does pulse intensity sometimes.

Maps part use to work fine on my Android 7.1.1 device. Got an Android 10 device and it no longer works. The last update is from 2018 so no wonder.. Put out some updates Anker! Your products are generally good except when any software is involved.

It's pretty much just a car charger Maps do not work nothing special if you are going to spend the money look at getting something different if you are buying it for the maps and car location do not bother they do not work the company really need to do an update on this product it could be good if the options worked

2 or 3 years and I never even knew it was a Bluetooth device and then all of a sudden it showed up available devicen myI didn't know if I could change the colors on it I knew they changed when I was charging my phone I thought that I guess it was just my phone connectingI didn't know that I didn't I didn't have to put my account and I could have put some random one in and the map doesn't work it's useless never have I seen a map but then again I've had the thing for two yr to find doesn't work.

The map no longer seems to work, so the the whole parking bit is useless. Last time this app was updated was May 2018 so I guess pretty soon the rest will stop working too. Please update the app! And fix the bugs.

Bought the car charger for the parking function. It can not show where you parked on the map in its app. Going to return it.
