Used for years, but over the past month when connecting via WiFi, although the dvr is connected, camera screens are just black. But when using mobile data, or a desktop pc, the camera screens work as always. Very weird, nothing has changed to my phone settings

Does not work well on android 6.0.1. Screen orientation is always 90 degrees out. But one can still use the feartures to view cameras, albeit difficult for the eye and brain to work with. Surely an update to the app could fix the rotation issue. Update - Stopping auto screen rotation function helps but still annoying. Fix it pls.

Unable to select alarms when connecting direct to camera, not able to adjust intelligent functions on camera etc.

Although I have used XVision software for several years, there is insufficient documentation for installation and use. This application has difficulty connecting over WiFi with no clear way to check what protocols are required or to resolve.

App is fine for live view but provides only very basic playback facilities. The is no slow rewind or single stepping facility. It feels like the supplier is not interested in providing useful updates.

Since the last Samsung update for android the app is acting strange, I can no longer see the options at the bottom of the screen.. i.e ptz record capture etc If I change my settings to hide my navigation bar then the apps shortcuts are visible.
