If I cancel an appointment and try to reschedule it, I don't get that initial credit back. It's lost forever. Also, a subscription will only renew at the same time you initially ordered it. So my initial order was later in the evening, but now I've been unable to make new appointments on the 1st of a new month because I don't get new credits until later that night. There's no way to either adjust this, or cancel the subscription and reorder it.

Disappointing app. Constantly glitches, doesn't allow me to access certain pages or edit text. Some parts I can't even access. The service it's used for is excellent but the app is letting it down. Even to try and remove my details or edit my account is impossible. Frustrating experience.

The app regularly glitches. When playing videos it flashes, and 9/10 times the cast button doesn't actually do anything. I have to resort to my laptop regularly. Not impressed.

Trying to use the chat is very frustrating as it will lag significantly after a few words are typed out. To the point where I'd rather just close it out and use another method of communication.

Very glitchy and hard to navigate. Pages get stuck or frozen. I cannot type in chats without it freezing and losing text. Don't recommend for fitness groups.

I use the app to book sessions at my yoga studio. After the booking flow there is a button to add an event in the calendar but it doesn't work. However The button deep in settings, on the bookings list work . On another topic, there is a form that asks us what we think of the app. If we say that it could be better a form shows asking us what is our feedback. But after filling that input there is no way to submit that text. So yeah, I do not recommend. Using the web version works more reliably.
