The app would be much better if you were able to change the time manually. My daughter's watch is 30mins in front and I've been tild there is no way I can change it to the correct time. Also it would be good if the map actually worked.

Its not updating info on the situation of the phone its saying battery level os 92% when its about 5% the gps isn't working its always wrong even said was somewhere never even been. Its usless

The watch itself is great! The app however is ridiculous! SOS takes 2 hours to come through. Messages don't work. The map certainly doesn't work! Very unhappy!

This app is dreadful. On the rare occassions it does work its brilliant..messages, callibg your chils on their watch and checking they dont go out of a pre defined area..perefct. however kost of the time it doesn't actuallt work. it means this is a very expensive piece of junk! My son was trying to call me and call quality was dreadful and then dropped out. Tried tracking him and GPS would not update. Luckily after running around the streets I found him. Switched watch off and on again and now won't let him dial me and I cannot dial him. Constant loop of voicemail! And customer service is a joke. You will never ever get a response. If it worked properly this app and watch would be brilliant

The phone is brilliant but is currently pretty down by the app. It is all very new so I imagine it is in the pipeline but it would be good to be able to talk to someone in the know.

About this app

The Moochies app is the companion app for V3, a wearable phone and GPS locator for kids 4-16 years old. Parents can call and locate their child right from their phone using the Moochies app.

The Moochies Kids Watch can make and receive calls with up to 20 pre-set numbers. The Moochies V3 uses a combination of GPS, Wifi and GSM to provide the most accurate location information, giving kids the freedom to be kids and parents a little extra peace of mind.

With the Moochies app you can:

1. COMMUNICATE:
- Make and receive calls to pre-set contacts from your Smartphone via Moochies V3.

2. LOCATE:
- Check the location of the child wearing a Moochies V3.
- Set the frequency of automatic location updates or manually update location of the device.

3. SAFEZONES:
- A SafeZone is a virtual boundary parents can set around a particular location. Once a SafeZone is set via the app, you will receive a notification when your child leaves the boundary of the SafeZone.
- You can set time parameters for each safe zone (for example around a school only during school hours).

4. VOICE CHAT:
- Parents and children can communicate with each other via voice chat, emoticons and one-way text messages.

5. FAMILY MEMBERS:
- Invite family or friends to be the approved contact of the V3, the family members can check the location of the child wearing the device.

6. SOS:
- By pressing the SOS button on the watch, it triggers an automatic location alert, which is sent to all linked family members.
