The main functionalities of the Whatsbot app are:

(1) Auto Response:

The auto-response can be given to your Whatsapp messages in 3 ways:

1. Auto Reply Text:
- Here you have to write the text that you want to send as your auto-reply message.

2. Select Text:
- Here you will see some predefined text that you can set as your auto-reply message.

3. Custom Reply:
- Here you can set a custom reply for a particular incoming message.
- To create a custom reply you have to type an incoming message and then you have to type its reply.
- In a custom reply, you can mention the person’s name within the message.
- To do so you have to add a tag like [name], [first name], and [last name] on the position where you want to print the name.
- Here there are 2 types of match option Exact match with text and Contains that text.
- In the Exact match with text option, if the incoming text exactly matches with your added incoming message then only the reply will be sent.
- In the Contains that text option, if the incoming text contains the text that you have added as an incoming message then also the reply will be sent.
- You can also edit and delete your custom replies.

(2) Contacts:

Here you can select to which contacts and groups the auto-response messages should be sent.

In contacts there are 4 options available:

1. Everyone:
- It sends the automatic message to all the senders.

2. My contact list:
- Here you have to select the contacts to whom the Whatsapp auto-reply messages should be sent.

3. Except my contact list:
- Here you have to select the contacts to whom the Whatsapp auto-reply messages should not be sent.

4. None:
- It will not send the automatic message to any sender.

Like contacts for groups also there are 4 options available:

1. All group list:
- It sends the automatic message to all the groups.

2. My group list:
- Here you have to write the group names to whom the Whatsapp auto-reply messages should be sent.

3. Except my group list:
- Here you have to write the group names to whom the Whatsapp auto-reply messages should not be sent.

4. None:
- It will not send an automatic message to any group.

3) Direct message:

Here you can send Whatsapp messages to any user, even if his/her number is not saved in your phone.

1. Turn on if phone is locked:
- Here the app service will remain on even if the phone is locked.

- The default time delay is 3 seconds but you can change it.
3. Reply once:
