This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Weave on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Weave is terrible unable to use app on mobile which is usually the main feature. Don't bother getting it unless they fix it. Their customer service experience is miserable. I commented that I would leave the company if there is no attempt at fixing the issue and was casually given the wave goodbye. They don't call you back and their product development is worthless! Use another scheduling dental software! I'll need 30 days to secure my business and then I'll be moving on! Don't start with them.

I have difficulty regularly with this app. When I try to make calls my clients can't hear me and I can't hear them. It has become so frustrating.

Glitchy when using it to call and text clients from my cell phone

This app is garbage now. They did an update and it's horrible. I can't see the tags anymore, i cant open the messages from notification. The app eventually just said forget it and won't even work now. If it ain't broke, leave it alone!!

Weave was such a waste of money for my dental practice. The app is constantly crashing, causing my team to miss important messages from both patients and the treatment team. Their sorry excuse for "tech support" is in India — I called about a problem this morning, and it took a 40 minute phone call for the lady on the phone to finally tell me she couldn't figure it out. Their chatbot is useless. They constantly redesign their site, but put no work towards the actual product.

**It is now 11/22/2024, this is still happening. please fix. And 2: please create link to support IN the app. The text reply box is loading with the client's message that was sent. You have to delete it to reply. Please fix immediately. You (Weave) should have Weave, so we could text you the way our clients can text us. Install a Contact Support option in the Weave App Settings!
