Horrible! I have tried to send two important letters and they are just electronically "submitted" have not actually been processed and mailed. Have emailed customer support and asked why my letters have not been mailed and how long it will be before they are and absolutely no response. Waste of money, waste if time!

The worst app ever. I've wasted days trying to email my son. I've talked to your rep.on the phone they were less than helpful. I'm going to start a blog on how pour your company and people are in hope to bankrupt your company or at the least limit your profit as much as possible.
