I cannot log in through 3g/4g. When I was still living in Pakxan, bolikhamxay I can log in througg 3g/4g, but now I'm in Vientiane cannot. Maybe you should fix that bug.

Very convenient. I use an internet sim and even when you run out of credit the app is working to be able to choose a new package. You can top up your account through the bcel app. You can see how much data you have left at anytime. All good

Cannot download app. I have difficulty using the website mobile version (not clear how I can charge up my phone). Only one thing is functional with unitel, collecting the money. Very dissatisfied.
