VBot là giải pháp tổng đài ảo đa chức năng giúp doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi số một cách toàn diện. Giảm hơn 50% cước thoại với công nghệ tối ưu nội mạng và mobile SIP. Không còn phải đầu tư các hệ thống tổng đài cứng đắt đỏ, không mất chi phí bảo trì, nâng cấp.
Không giới hạn số cuộc gọi cuộc đồng thời:
- Số lượng cuộc gọi đồng thời phụ thuộc vào số lượng tài khoản thành viên.
- Không giới hạn số lượng tài khoản thành viên mở thêm.
Đa dạng đầu số:
- Dùng số di động, đầu số cố định, đầu số tổng đài (1900, 1800) làm hotline.
- Hỗ trợ tích hợp Voice brandname.
- Thêm được nhiều số hotline trên một tổng đài.
Tương tác trả lời tự động (IVR):

Quản lý khách hàng với mini CRM:
