I somehow fudged the settings where I can't make or receive calls. I have been unable to find any support documents online ANYWHERE to get help. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to repair this issue, but the app saves all settings from the previous install and there is no option for "reset to factory", so now I am stuck with being unable to make or receive calls and can't find any help to fix it, forcing me to use my personal phone number for business. This app is absolute garbage.

The activity tabs never work. I have signed off, even went as far as deleting the app completly and my office calls are still transferred to my personal cell phone. Really annoyed as I get calls 24/7. I am actually keeping the ringer off during non-business hours as to not wake up and or be interrupted whenever a call comes in. The problem is, I am also missing personal calls as I cannot differentiate which call is business versus personal. This app would be great if it worked as intended.

Possibly the worst app ever! Why does it not answer my calls, instead it just rings constantly forcing me me force close the app. Not easy to not answer work calls when your not actually working either. Signing out only forces you type in since I can't paste my password to this app. Crashes non stop. Half the time idk if it's working or not. Just a complete waste of time. Desktop app only cause this mobile app is trash. I miss ICore but since they are gone and it shows... Do better Vonage!

Constant struggle with this app. It constantly crashes, falls asleep and takes 30 minutes to wake up again. Support says its my phone. Hogwash, my phone is fine, this app is terrible. I've now resorted to uninstalling then reinstalling and now it wont accept my log in credentials which are correct as they a set standard by my company. The struggle is real.

WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??? This app was great before the down-date, cause we sure can't call it an update. I work with the US military and live in Romania away from my family. I WAS using this app as a means to communicate with them but... thanks to your down-date I will be finding another app. If I could I would give it a 0 star! I have no idea what you were thinking... Pure trash now!!!

Love how it mimics my office line from my cell phone and keeps pretty much all of my office phone's features, but HATE that the latest update doesn't allow the app to save my password. I get that it's in the interest of security, but my phone is already PIN protected - it annoys me I have to put in my password EVERY TIME now.
