This company started off with the right plan and support. The app has gone totally USELESS! I am so dissapointed in the lack of response and complete non-existent customer support or service. I am CALCELLING my service and porting to another. What happened? It doesn't indicate any incoming calls. 2023 and the app on android has bugs and fails most of the time. Very unreliable. VONAGE has no interest in customer support. I'm switching to another IP service.

It works OK except it doesn't always, when looking for someone's number, give you a choice of the numbers recorded. Some time it does and some time it doesn't. The application was improved to fix the bug I reported in the above. With the International Plan you can call over half of the world land line numbers. I have traveled Internationally and if you have a solid WIFI connection you can use the Vonage Home Extensions application to call back to the USA and Canada at no extra charge.

A Good Idea, Executed Badly: just for it to ring through you have to leave it open in recent apps and open it once, anytime you restart your phone. I've missed dozens of calls due to this. Never happened years ago when I first started using this app; same cell phone. I even have power saving off for this specific app... still doesn't work. PLEASE update and note the fix with the Android update. thanks!

Extensions app no longer receives calls. After Android 10 update I can no longer recieve calls. It rings, but the notification screen that allows you to answer does not pop up. I guess there is no more development for the app, so getting rid of the service is the only option. I suggest people being ignored speak with your money and get something that works!

If I can give this negative starts, I would. As many others have mentioned, we can no longer answer calls after the Android 10 update. The call will ring but there is no pop-up, so I have to look for and manually open the app, then there is no green button to answer the call. So frustrating! It has been many weeks and there is still no fix in place. This app is useless and I'm already considering switching to another carrier. It's too bad because this app worked perfectly before.

This app no longer is able to play voicemails - when navigating to that tab, it generally gives a spinner and then displays "No messages" even though I know I have new ones. In the odd chance it does display the messages, clicking on one causes a hang, a crash, or the "No messages" to be displayed. PLEASE FIX!! I thought it might just be the mobile app but then I went to the Vonage website on my PC and it turns out that it has the SAME PROBLEM. C'mon, really....?
