So far the service says its there but it really isn't. Right now I show 5G and 4 bars but the data doesn't work at all. It is more like whatever was before 3G. And I have worked and worked with Visible for over a month now and still it sucks. So not sure if it's them or Verizon saying sorry were slowing you down cause you don't want to spend top dollar for our service.

The service seems fine as new things go. But the phone I had to trade for that was "compatible" to the one I had is the worst. I had an LG that was inexpensive but fit fine with tasks I needed done. The phone substitution from you was a ZTE. The many quirks and outright operating errors I have experienced with this device are exhausting. I am expecting a great deal when I upgrade. Thanks.

I had given them 3 stars previously but I had to come back to reality when I realized I have issues I can't get resolved because they have no customer service! Which is one reason why they are so cheap. Cheap in more ways than one though. On disability I don't get paid until sometime in the second week of the month. My due date is the 5th so I'm shut down a number of days every month! Unacceptable! Yet I can't reach anyone! Why you ask? Because they HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can not recommend!

The absolute WORST service I've ever received. The SIM didn't work for me and they had to ship out another. That one worked for about a week and then that one gave out too. I tried working with customer support but it was back and forth for THREE WEEKS. I didn't have service for THREE WEEKS because they kept telling me to wait 24 - 72 hours EVERY TIME. I troubleshot and did everything they asked me to do but still nothing. Absolute WORST experience and I regret trying Visible out.

Never opens. Keeps telling me I need to update to a newer version in order to open app. I click on the provided link and get taken to the Google Play store where there is no update available. Now I cannot access my account to pay my bill. Even trying to get on the webpage links me right back to the app. So frustrating!!! Not to mention, I haven't been able to make or receive any phone calls and there is no way to contact customer service without the app!

The customer chat boxes are a great idea. The rest is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I have tried to transfer my number from Google Fi now 3 times and run into the same issues of Visible saying my number has become inactive (which is untrue - I was on the phone with a manager while my phone was still active). After trying to switch over 3 times, talking to 2 managers on the phone that had no idea what to do, I decided to stop. Nobody seemed to know how to handle this issue.
