I have the Vitodens 200-W. Works fine. Then got radiator thermostat valves. But I cannot seem to add them. There is no other option except adding "another installation' and the manual refers to options such as 'adding devices' and 'adding rooms' and those options are nowhere to be found in my ViCare app. Does somebody know what I need to do to be able to add my radiator thermostats now?

Trial user, Vitodens 200-W not installed yet. Why does weather compensation require an external sensor? Why not use local weather data from the Internet. That's what my current Schneider control (Wiser Heating) uses and it is very accurate. My house is attached to neighbours on North & South side so impossible to find a good location for external sensor

Not sure if other users are impacted or if it's a specific edge case for my 222-f, but there might be a bug whereby the latest App build allows more program cycles than what the boiler software will support. Either that or some odd configuration sync issue. Net result, no dhw hot water for a few days without manually activating "I want hot water" mode. The "fix" or workaround is to factory reset the boiler and then App (timer program reset), then implement a simpler program with less cycles.

The app does not allow more than one timed period per day on both heating and hot water. Come on Viessmann sort this out. I have an annoyed customer giving me grief 😒

Since yesterday the app cannot connect to the server. UPDATE: After a few hours the server was again reachable.

The developers of the application has corrected in the new version of ViCare the reported bug and returned back "Comfort mode". Thank You! Now my rating is 5 stars again 😀
