Just got my machine and did all the steps to setup the app. Soon as I downloaded it the app states works with older versions of Android and will not pair to the machine at all. Last update to the app was in 2016. One of the main reasons for purchasing this machine was the Bluetooth tracking feature. If you advertise make sure it works otherwise you are falsely providing information that may lead to law suit.

This app has workouts for be from 2015 but I only purchased in 2019. Although I sync my data nothing gets updated to this app. And unlinke other machines and apps you cant sync this machine to a program that will allow you a virtual scene. My bfs $600 treadmill has all these features that actually work well. I'm disappointed.

7/5/2020. Just received my climber. The bluetooth app is freaking joke. Its false advertising if you cant get full access as they said. Unable to connect through bluetooth. Tried multiple times. The name appears to pair then disappear. This sucks. Bowflex is name brand that putting put crappy products.

Doesn't connect. My TC200 is brand new, and even with the phone sitting ON the TreadClimber, it says no TreadClimber is found. Attempted numerous times. FIX THIS!!!

They need to update this app desperately!!! It no longer connects to my machine so none of my recent works are saved. I would think that a company that takes such pride in their exercise equipment would take more pride in making sure the apps that accompany those machines actually worked. I'm seeing a disturbingly sad pattern in most of the bowflex apps. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! :(

Does not connect! I've tried to install and reinstall this app several times and no matter what I do it does not connect to my TC 2000. I guess it doesn't work. I should have read the reviews prior to installing.
